ABOUTTHE CLIENT
The staff at Ormož Pharmacy consider their most important task to ensure the correct and safe use of medications prescribed to patients, with the goal of improving their health. One of the key responsibilities of pharmacists is to check for potential interactions between active ingredients and to provide guidance when dispensing medicines, especially when a patient is taking multiple medications simultaneously.
In addition to prescription drugs, the pharmacy’s daily offering also includes an increasing selection of over-the-counter medicines, herbal preparations, dietary supplements, and vitamin-mineral products.
Special attention is given to maintaining an appropriate stock of goods, allowing patients and customers access to high-quality care and a selection of safe and reliably high-quality products. All products dispensed or sold by the pharmacy must meet high quality standards, which suppliers confirm through accompanying certificates.
At the heart of Ormož Pharmacy’s operation are the people who visit and place their trust in the pharmacy. Their well-being is supported by professionally trained staff, a pleasant environment, accessible pharmaceutical services, and a recognizable presence in the local community. To this end, a new pharmacy was opened in the Holermuos shopping center in 2012, the pharmacy at Ptujska cesta 25 was renovated in 2014, and the pharmacy branch in Središče ob Dravi has been operating for several decades.

ABOUT PROJECT
We have introduced an electronic shelf labeling system at Ormož Pharmacy.
An Electronic Shelf Label (ESL), also known as an E-label or electronic price tag, is a method of displaying prices and additional information using E-ink technology.
E-ink display technology is ideal for electronic shelf labels in retail environments, as it offers extremely low power consumption, very wide viewing angles, mono or 4-color options, and readability comparable to paper in all lighting conditions.
Electronic shelf labels allow retailers to quickly and efficiently update content wirelessly, without the need to print paper labels and replace them manually.
Positiva collaborates with the electronic shelf label and e-paper company E-shelf-labels, which is a direct partner of leading ESL technology manufacturers such as SES-imagotag, Solum, and Visionect, offering the most suitable ESL solution for your project.
The pharmacy uses Solum electronic shelf labels in its stores.
The labeling system is also connected to the ERP software for pharmacy operations provided by the company Pharmaco.
We also handled the supply, selection, and installation of the fixtures for the pharmacy.
You are warmly invited to visit Ormož Pharmacy, where you’re sure to find something to support your health – and while you’re there, take a look at our electronic shelf labeling system.
And finally, a customer testimonial:
“We worked with the company Positiva to implement electronic shelf labels in our pharmacy. The ESLs are modern, easy to use, and contribute to more efficient operations.”
