Lisca’s story began in the early 1950s, when a group of five colleagues gathered in a small craft workshop and started creating women’s bras, recognizing a business opportunity.
Their home-based craft soon grew into a production business, enabling the company to break into the global market. In addition to lingerie, they later added a swimwear line, followed by sleepwear and outerwear collections. Over time, they also expanded their offer with the brand Cheek by Lisca.
The company has always been a part of social and cultural changes, boldly incorporating them into their collections and pushing boundaries, as they proudly say at Lisca.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Lisca’s B2B online store, built on the modern Magento 2 platform, is a powerful digital solution fully tailored to the needs of their business partners – from retailers to distributors across various countries. It operates as a closed online environment accessible only to registered users who have an established business relationship with Lisca. Upon login, users are directed to a personalized portal containing all the information they need for fast and efficient product ordering.
One of the key advantages of this solution is the ability to display individual pricing, stock levels, and terms – each partner sees only what applies to them: their contractually agreed prices, discounts, minimum order quantities, and payment terms. This level of personalization greatly simplifies operations by eliminating the need for additional communication or manual verification of conditions.
Given the nature of the products – textiles that include various sizes, colors, and collections – the store is equipped with advanced filters that allow users to quickly find desired combinations. Partners can order products individually or use the quick order function, where they can enter SKU codes or even upload an Excel file with a list of products. They also have the option to repeat previous orders or save favorite combinations as templates for future seasons.
A crucial feature of this solution is real-time stock visibility, allowing partners to immediately see which sizes and colors are currently available and when a specific item will be restocked. This is essential for timely store replenishment, especially during peak season.
The user interface is visually aligned with Lisca’s corporate identity and adapted for different devices – allowing retailers to easily place orders via computer or tablet, which is especially convenient in retail environments.
On the technical side, the store is tightly integrated with the ERP system (Navision/Business Central), syncing product, stock, pricing, order, and delivery data. Integration with logistics and accounting systems is also possible, further automating business processes.
At the core of the entire solution is the advanced Magento 2 system, which ensures a high level of security, stability, and scalability.
